Q&A
We are always happy to answer any questions you may have, but first take a look below at a
few of the most common questions we get asked, maybe we have already answered yours.
Q: Where are you located?

A: Our grooming shop and pet business is home based, located in Rio Linda, CA.
(The Northern Sacramento Area).

Q:
We would prefer to bring our dog to someone's house rather than have someone stay in ours, Will you keep them with you? Do you sit our pets at your home?

A: This question is best answered in two parts -

> I do understand your concerns about not wanting people in your home while away.
Hopefully I can help ease your mind about us and our services. We feel the same way about our home, animals, and kids - and we don't trust just anyone either. So we do really understand. We take our business very seriously and are extremely responsible when it comes to our clients. Our clients’ pets are treated as if they were our own and that extends to respectfully taking care of your home and privacy when we are there.

    > Of course we would love to say yes, but we are really not set up to bring animals home for sitting at this time. Future plans of opening up a doggie day care & training center are in the works, but until then our pet sitting services are limited to “in-client-home” visits, over-nights, daytime/evening outings, etc...

Q:
What kinds of animals will you take care of?
The kids have a pet turtle, and a hamster. We also have 2 indoor cats, and 3 horses.

A: Just about anything! Rebecca has an extensive background in raising all types of animals. However we do draw the line at aggressive animals. We will be honest with you and expect the same. No one wants to get hurt. We do not discriminate against any breed, each animal is judged on their own merits, temperament, and disposition. Livestock such as the care for horses are priced differently - we will tailor our services to fit your needs just let us know what your situation is. We are here to help you.

Q:
How do we sign up with you?

A:  First call or email us with what you needs are. We have some paper work we need you to fill out. You can download it here and print it out. We will then schedule an appointment to come out to meet with you & your animals, preferably about a week before you plan on leaving. We want you and your animals comfortable with us - there is nothing more distressing then to show up and rover won't let us in the house. It is more unlikely to happen if we all know one another first. The initial visit lasts from 30 minutes to an hour. At that time we will go over and collect all the paper work, have you show us around making sure we know where the essentials are such as rovers food, the litter boxes, litter, cleaning supplies such as brooms etc. Also answer any more questions you may have. We will pick up the keys from you at that time.

Q:
How much do you charge?

A: I can tell you that we probably won't be the cheapest around town, we are competitively priced - but I also know you'll be very satisfied once you get to know us and how we do things. Not to mention just the peace of mind you'll have and how happy your pets will be with us. We have many years of experience behind what we do... and we do offer discounts to our regular clients.
